This video is about a tutor who was tutoring a student. The student was recently texting while she was at the writing center with a tutor. It was so disrespectful. It was even more rude when the tutor told the student to read her paper at loud,the student told the tutor " wait a minute "because she was busy texting during her tutor session. The student wasn't even paying attention at all. The tutor got so annoyed by the student.The tutor was just staring at the student and kept reading her paper.
When starting a tutor session the tutor should tell the rules to the students. If the student text during the session the tutor should tell them to stop. According to the video the tutor didn't give a warning to the student at least once, I believe this was not right. A writer center should have a rule that when being in the writer center all electronic advice should be put away.
